You may be wondering, how do you get from where you are now - stuck in a job you hate - to having a career you love?
That’s where I come in.
Hi. I’m Isabelle Peyrichoux. As a Career Reinvention Coach, I’ve helped hundreds of people leave jobs they hated to find their dream career. I’ve worked with clients from around the world, from a variety of fields. I’ve had people in their 20’s and those in their 60’s seek me out for support. I believe you are never too young or too old to leave one career for a more meaningful one.
I’m passionate about this because I know the pain of spending day after day in a job that’s not a fit.
I spent more than 15 years looking for my dream career. I got a Master’s Degree in art history and archaeology, but that wasn’t it. I returned to school and got another Master’s Degree in Information Sciences. I ended up spending 10 years in user experience. My days were filled with research and analysis and the dreaded comparison…
I compared myself to my coworkers, feeling like I was never as good as them. I wasn’t analytical enough, not decisive enough, not strategic enough. I was always trying to fit the corporate world and the tasks I was asked to do, but I failed to measure up.

I thought this was normal and the way it was supposed to be.
For 10 years, I lived a dual life. During the day I did work that became less and less a match for my strengths as I explored my true passions. In the evenings and on the weekends I fed my interest in personal growth. I read books. Took workshops. Filled journals about who I am, my talents, my purpose. I knew that one day I would turn my passions into my work. I just didn’t know how. I eventually reached a point where I hated my job and knew I wasn’t living my purpose.
Then I got laid off from Yahoo! It was a turning point for me.
I started to explore ways to turn my passion for personal growth into a career. I did a lot of research and talked to a lot of people. I found that career coaching was the intersection between my calling and what people needed most. I went back to school (again) to study psychotherapy and counseling. I became a Certified Professional Coach.
Now, for the past several years, I’ve had my own business as a Career Reinvention Coach. I love what I do and am committed to helping people, like you, find the work you love.
Along the way I’ve discovered that the biggest reason people are unhappy in their career is because it is not aligned with their authentic self. Which is why I help my clients uncover their true self so they can find a career that aligns with their passion and purpose.

Many people struggle with their career because they chose a job based on what they thought they were supposed to do or what was expected of them. They lost touch with, or were never in contact with, what was most important to them.

You need to fully express your strengths and innate qualities to feel fulfilled in your career (and in life). But when you’re not aware of your unique gifts, or you’re not utilizing them, you end up drained and dissatisfied. You lose confidence in yourself and your abilities.
In this workshop you will identify your unique gifts. This will increase your confidence as you realize how much you have to contribute. Recognizing your strengths will help you bring them forth right where you are now, so you don’t have to wait till you find your dream job to begin expressing your gifts.

Virtual Workshop #3: Clarify Your Unique Operating Manual
If you’ve ever felt like the only oak tree in a forest of pine trees, you know the pain of thinking something is wrong with you. It’s physically, emotionally and mentally draining as you keep comparing yourself to others, thinking something must be wrong with you because you’re not like the other trees. This plays out in your career as you keep doing jobs and tasks that are harder than they should be.
This is all because you’re working against - not with - your innate genius. As an oak tree, you have core patterns and ways of doing things that pine trees don’t have. What’s Different About My Program
Some types of traditional career counseling are not effective because they doesn’t go deep enough. They give quick fixes. They tell you what jobs you should do. But this approach doesn’t work. People end up stuck in jobs that aren’t a match, over and over again.
That’s why my program is different. Very different. I don’t want to see you get stuck in that cycle. Which is why I use a approach that is more effective and authentic.

Isabelle Peyrichoux, Founder of Brilliant Seeds, is a Career Reinvention Coach. She has helped hundreds of people leave jobs they hated to find careers they love. Passionate, deep and empathic, Isabelle has an amazing talent to see and champion people’s unique gifts.
Isabelle walks the talk. Never one to shy away from a career reinvention, she has 2 Master’s Degrees, a 2-year Certificate in Psychotherapy, and she most recently became a Certified Professional Co-active Coach through The Coaches Training Institute (CTI). After 10 years working in the Internet industry as a User Experience researcher, she founded Brilliant Seeds to pursue her life’s work and bring her unique talents to the world.
Drawing upon her vast experience and education, Isabelle has created a step-by-step approach to career reinvention that goes beyond the limitations of traditional career counseling. Her holistic approach brings together the best of coaching, counseling, psychology and personality types.
For the past 15 years, she has made many of her dreams a reality, including moving from France to Canada and now the U.S., becoming bilingual, working for one of the biggest Internet companies in the world, climbing the highest peaks in the U.S., and, of course, changing careers to pursue her passion and start her own business.
When she isn’t leading workshops or coaching clients, you’ll find Isabelle listening to personal growth books on audible, while she’s making breakfast, brushing her teeth, driving... she enjoys having her personal mentors with her all the time! She’s also a fan of swimming in the Pacific Ocean without a wetsuit, even when it’s really cold (which is most of the time!). This is one of her favorite things to do.
